History
Fong Shu Chuen Hostel commenced operation in October 1999.
Objective
To provide residential service to persons with intellectual disability of low moderate to severe grade, aiming at strengthening their independent living skills and enhancing their quality of life.
Facilities
The Centre cum hostel is composed of 2 floors, including the training areas and 8 dormitories. Besides, there are a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen and a multi-sensory room.

Free from acute medical condition or contagious disease

No serious aggressive behavior
