How to Apply

  • Applicant should meet the membership scheme
  • To fill in the application form, provide centre with the HKID card, and recent address certificate. 
  • Membership fee is non-refundable
  • Applicant (major) of family membership should be aged 6-24

How to Terminate

  • Service user could withdraw from the membership scheme anytime through verbal or written notification. 
  • Membership fee will not be refunded
  • The membership will be inactive after expiry date
