Service Description

• Through comprehensive trans-disciplinary developmental assessment, individual educational programme will be tailor-made to target on the needs of individual child. Individual and group training activities will be arranged on a regular basis.
  
• Home training programmes will be suggested together with suitable training materials, toys and reference books for lending to facilitate skills transfer and home training.
  
• Trainings and supports will be provided to equip parents in their skills and confidence in parenting. Parents will become their children's "life coach", providing ongoing training and support to their children as they grow up.
  
• Family will be supported through counseling to promote positive attitude, understanding and acceptance in coping with family limitations and challenges in child rearing.
• Family support network and mutual support group will be created to fully utilize community resources so as to promote mutual support among parents.
  
   

Trans-disciplinary Team

Our team includes the following professionals: registered social worker, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech therapist, senior special child care worker, special child care worker, and counselor.
